The Shouters recognize the blues as an important American Legacy and draw heavily on the soul and R&amp;B of the 1950&#8217;s and 1960&#8217;s . . . . . and they like to smack a Delta Groove too.\u00a0<em>Broadway Phil and the Shouters<\/em> have worked with a host of standout acts, including <em>Huey Lewis\u00a0&amp;
